HTML is the language that displays what you see on every website. This course is suited for the beginner or those with a basic HTML knowledge who want to grow. It is an excellent way to get into web design, because HTML is the foundation for all websites.

Throughout this ten-week course, we will thoroughly cover HTML, CSS, code troubleshooting, and some aspects of design and usability. Each student will have access to a personal testing area where he can test and develop code. Your mentor will guide you through your web-site design and critique your work.

Do you desire to develop skills that will lead toward working from home? We are excited to bring this comprehensive course to you. Register today to get up to speed in this expanding market!

Testimonies

I already have several opportunities for creating websites for people/businesses, and I am so thankful that God led me to this class. I see HTML/CSS (and maybe more?) as a platform for (first) being a strong witness for Christ and (secondly) using it for my business. Praise Him. -- Jeremy
I have really enjoyed learning all about HTML and CSS, and as you say, to see the progress we have all made is great. Thank you for helping me out with the difficult parts, and I hope and pray that ITonRamp will continue to grow and reach other people around the world through the years. -- Allyssa
This course was an incredible blessing to me, and I am excited to see how God will work through it. Thank you again for the amount of time and effort you put into creating and sustaining this course. I really appreciated how you were a example to me to pursue excellence. -- Bill

Mentored by: Joseph Maxwell

Joseph has been involved with computers since a very early age. When he was eight years old, he became proficient with graphics editing in Photoshop. Two years later, he began to learn programming using an object oriented Pascal language - Delphi. A couple of years later, he was using Visual Basic and programming for the PocketPC. Visual Basic.NET was next to be learned in 2002. At fourteen, he passed the examinations for his A+ certification. Following his A+, he learned Visual Studio with ASP.NET and C# - his programming environment of choice. His credentials primarily are in the work that he has done: such as ChoreWare (a website to help families create chore systems, featuring AJAX and some complex scripting), ScheduleBreeze (web software to help families create schedules, featuring jQuery, AJAX, web services). He works full time for the family businesses doing creative design, web front (HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery) and backend (C#, PHP) programming, database (MySQL) and server (Windows) administration.
